Delivery / Shipping
We are doing our best to process orders as quickly as possible but please note that your delivery may take longer to arrive due to current postal service restrictions. Please stay safe and thank you for your patience.
UK orders
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide within England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
All orders are subject to the standard delivery charge based on the total weight and size of items ordered.
Delivery charges are added during checkout.
We may be unable to deliver all parts of your order in one delivery if products become ‘out of stock’ during the order process. If this happens you will be informed of your options to: (a) be notified once the item is back in stock (b) receive a full refund for the unavailable part of your order.
Overseas International orders
Your order is subject to the standard international delivery charge for your geographical location based on the total weight and size of item(s) ordered.
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide.
Please note: parcels for international shipment may be subject to local customs clearance and import duty. Please check with your local customs office for any specific requirements, timescales, and possible charges before placing your order. Amora Naturals’ will not be liable for any charges resulting from delays, import taxes and fees, or the disposal of parcels by your local customs office.
Delivery timescales
Please note that all delivery timescales are approximate.
UK orders: please allow between 5-7 working days*
Overseas international: please allow up to 14 working days*. Your order may be subject to the timescales of your local delivery service.
*Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Business operating hours
Monday to Friday: 09:30am - 05:00pm GMT (excluding all public holidays).
Orders placed after 09:00am on Friday will be processed on the next working day, which is Monday.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel any part of your order or the entire order within 14 days of placing the order and up to 14 days after receiving your order.
You should notify us by email of your decision to cancel or return all or part of your order including your reasons at: returns@amoranaturals.com
Cancelled or unwanted orders
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, returned item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging i.e. unopened, unused, undamaged. Opened, used, damaged items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless delivered to you in a faulty, damaged condition, or not what you originally ordered.
Please return item(s) to the return address we provide to you within 14 days, covering the standard delivery cost. Your return delivery costs will not be refunded.
Please ensure your cancelled or unwanted item(s) is securely packaged and sent through an insured and traceable courier service as we do not accept responsibility for and will not refund returned item(s) that are damaged or lost in transit to us without a proof of postage receipt from the post office.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders
Item(s) delivered to you in a faulty or damaged condition or not what you originally ordered are eligible for an exchange or refund, including the standard initial and return delivery costs.
Please return item(s) to the return address we provide to you within 30 days, covering the standard delivery cost which will be refunded along with the purchase price of your returned item(s) once received and processed.
Please ensure your faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s) is securely packaged and sent through an insured and traceable courier service as we are unable to provide refunds for item(s) lost in transit to us without a proof of postage receipt from the post office. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders or unwanted returned item(s) in its original condition and packaging i.e. unopened, unused, undamaged will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request or returned item(s). We will refund to you the full purchase price only (excluding the initial delivery charge or the standard return delivery charge).
Refunds for returned faulty, damaged or incorrect orders will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). We will refund to you (a) the full purchase price (b) the initial delivery charge (c) the standard return delivery charge.
All refunds will be made through your original method of payment.
Our Cancellation and Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
