Placing an order
You may place an order to purchase any product or item listed for sale on our website by:
(a) selecting the item(s).
(b) adding selected item(s) to shopping cart. You can view and correct any input errors before completing your order by using the ‘View cart’ option.
(c) clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button and following onscreen prompts to complete your purchase.
(d) completing all required fields including email, billing, and shipping information so that we know where to deliver your order.
Creating an account
You have the option of creating an account during checkout by ticking ‘Create an account for faster checkout’ or clicking on the ‘Sign in’ link.
You may choose to complete your order without creating an account or as a guest but will need to complete all required fields each time you place an order.
Order confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been received.
Your order is deemed accepted only after we send you an email to confirm that your order is dispatched for delivery to the address you have provided. If we need to dispatch parts of your order separately, confirmation for each part will be given in separate dispatch emails.
We may be unable to accept your order for any number of reasons and will not be liable to you or anyone else should this occur. Orders may not be processed if: (a) the product ordered is out of stock or discontinued (b) your payment cannot be processed (c) you do not pay the full asking price.
Payment
We will only complete orders paid for in full using these approved payment methods: Credit Card or Debit Card electronic payments made through our approved payment processors Stripe and Paypal.
Price
The price of our online products is as listed on this website in British Pounds Sterling (including VAT). Listed prices exclude delivery charges, which is added to your shopping cart during checkout for UK and overseas international orders.
We make every attempt to keep product information and prices on this website as accurate as possible. In the unfortunate event that a product is incorrectly priced, we will do our best to correct the error as soon as possible.
If you order an item that is incorrectly priced or listed, you will be notified of this error before your order is dispatched and given the option to (a) continue with your order under the corrected price (b) amend your order in light of our corrections (c) cancel your order. We may choose to reject your order if you are unable to pay the full corrected price, or for any other reason.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed in a dispatch email.
Delivery and charges
Delivery charges are confirmed during checkout for UK and overseas international orders.
United Kingdom: your order will be delivered to the shipping address you have provided within England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. All orders are subject to the standard delivery charge based on the total weight and size of items ordered. Delivery charges are confirmed and added during checkout.
Overseas international: your order will be delivered to the shipping address you have provided. All orders are subject to the standard international delivery charge for your geographical location based on total weight and size of items ordered. Delivery charges are confirmed and added during checkout.
Please note: parcels for international shipment may be subject to local customs clearance and import duty. Please check with your local customs office for any specific requirements, timescales, and possible charges before placing your order. Amora Naturals’ will not be liable for any charges resulting from delays, import taxes and fees, or the disposal of parcels by your local customs office.
We may be unable to deliver all parts of your order in one delivery if products become ‘out of stock’ during the order process, in which case you will be informed of your options to: (a) be notified once the item is back in stock (b) receive a full refund for the unavailable part of your order.
Delivery timescales
UK orders may take between 5-7 working days*.
Overseas international orders may take up to 14 working days and are subject to the timescales of your local delivery service.
*Working days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 9am on Friday will be processed on the next working day, which is Monday.
Please note that all delivery timescales are approximate.
Product ownership and risk
Once delivered to you, the product becomes your responsibility, except for products that are: (a) delivered to you in a damaged or faulty condition (b) if we send you the incorrect product.
We will not accept liability for any loss, damage or destruction that occurs to your item(s) after you have received it.
If you cancel an order that has already been dispatched/shipped to you by us, it is your duty to retain, care for and store the product correctly (away from harsh chemicals, extremes of heat, cold, and strong odours) until you return it to us safely. Please refer to our cancellation and return policy below for further information.
Cancellation and return policy
You may cancel any part of your order (or the entire order) within 14 days of placing the order and up to 14 days after receiving your order. You should notify us by email of your decision to cancel and return all or part of your order, stating your reasons to: returns@amoranaturals.com
Cancelled or unwanted orders
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, returned item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging i.e. unopened, unused, undamaged. Opened, used, damaged items are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless delivered to you in a faulty, damaged condition, or not what you originally ordered. Please do not send opened or used products to us as you will be responsible for making arrangements for the return of such goods to you.
Please return item(s) to the return address we provide to you within 14 days, covering the standard delivery cost. Your return delivery costs will not be refunded.
Please ensure your cancelled or unwanted item(s) is securely packaged and sent through an insured and traceable courier service as we do not accept responsibility for (and will not refund) cancelled or unwanted returned item(s) that are damaged or lost in transit to us without your proof of postage receipt from the post office.
Refunds for cancelled and returned orders: in their original, unopened, unused condition will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). We will refund the purchase price of your item (excluding the initial delivery charge and standard return delivery costs) through your original method of payment.
Refunds for cancelled and returned gifts: will be made through the original method of payment.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders
Item(s) delivered to you in a faulty or damaged condition or not what you originally ordered are eligible for an exchange or refund including the standard initial and return delivery costs.
Please return item(s) to the return address we provide to you within 30 days, covering the standard delivery cost which will be refunded along with the purchase price of your returned item(s) once received and processed.
Exchange of faulty, damaged or incorrect orders: a replacement item(s) will be dispatched to you with free delivery after we receive your returned item. We will refund to you the standard return delivery costs.
Refunds for returned faulty, damaged or incorrect orders: will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). We will refund to you (a) full purchase price (b) the initial delivery charge (c) the standard return delivery charge.
Please ensure your faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s) is securely packaged and sent through an insured and traceable courier service as we are unable to provide refunds for item(s) lost in transit to us without your proof of postage receipt from the post office. Our cancellation, return and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Product availability
To keep our products fresh, we handmake small batches at a time. In the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified and given the option of an alternative product or offered a full refund.
We accept no liability or responsibility for any delay in performance or failure to perform any of our obligations due to circumstances and events that are outside our reasonable control.

Non-medical treatment
Amora Naturals products contain ingredients with known healing properties but is not intended as a cure or medical treatment for any illness or skin condition. Always seek medical advice if you suffer from any illnesses, skin conditions or irritations.
Skin reactions
Even though Amora Naturals products are gentle and safe, you are advised to patch test for skin reactions when using any product for the first time by applying to a small area of skin then monitoring for immediate or delayed skin reactions. Discontinue use if any skin reaction or irritation occurs.
Allergen and caution advice
Seek medical advice if you suffer from skin allergies, are allergic to any listed ingredient(s) or have medical concerns about using a product.
Allergens: most of our products are not suitable for nut allergy sufferers as they contain nut oils and butters including but not limited to Sweet Almond Oil, Argan Oil and Shea Butter.
Essential oils: some products contain essential oils that should not be used when pregnant, breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions. Please refer to each product information for further details. Keep products containing essential oils away from children and from sensitive areas like eyes.
Candles: burning candles is a fire risk. Metal candle containers may overheat so always place on ceramic saucers or plates and keep away from flammable surfaces and materials. Always burn candles in well ventilated spaces and do not leave unattended.
Product appearance
To keep our products fresh, we handmake small batches at a time. As a result, slight variations in colour, appearance, size or scent may occur between batches. Please note that micro air bubbles or foam may settle on the surface of some creams and lotions due to the whisking and whipping together of ingredients involved in the handmaking process.
Amora Naturals reserves the right to change the appearance, packaging, and scent of a product, or withdraw any product at any time without prior notice.
Product storage
Store products in a cool dry place and away from extreme heat and cold temperatures including direct sunlight, radiators, and drafts, which may cause oil separation, hardening or deterioration in some products.
